Terms and conditions
All orders and purchases are subject to these terms and we have the right to not accept any order at our discretion
All images on this website do not reflect absolute accuracy in terms of colour and texture of fabrics and materials used. Actual colours may differ from those pictured on the site.
Your order will be confirmed in writing either by post or by email after availability of your chosen bear(s) is confirmed.
Only when you have received this confirmation has a binding contract been entered into under these terms and conditions.
The price of any bear will be as Stated on the website or during correspondence at the time of ordering, Special order prices will be estimated prior to ordering.
Prices quoted for bears do not include postage, packaging and insurance.
As soon as you have taken delivery of the bear(s) then you are responsible for them.
You only own the bear after full payment has been received by us.
We are prepared to offer a full refund on any bear purchased.
Responsibility for the cost of returning the bear(s) will rest with the purchaser.
If bear(s) are delivered in a damaged condition you must inform us as soon as possible. If you do not notify us of any damage within a reasonable time we will have no liability.
All goods must be returned in original packaging
All bears are supplied subject to availability.
These terms and conditions do not affect you statutory rights.
Delivery
All UK deliveries are by Special Delivery.
Small bears are £4.50
Medium bears are £5.50
Large bears are dependant on weight
International destination by Royal Mail international signed for, will be quoted at the time of order.
Both of these services include insurance, a tracking number and proof of postage as required by paypal. It also ensures safety for the adoptee and adopter
All bears are well packaged and sealed, this is included in the postage costs
If you would like to adopt one of my little bears then please email me first just to check availability.
If a bear has already been adopted then you may commission a similar bear, but it will not be identical as every bear made is a one of a kind.
I do have an order book, but can usually fill the order in 7 to 10 days

Payment Details
Fairyland Bears accept the following payments:
- All major Credit and Debit Card payments in person, by telephone or mail
- Personal Cheque UK Clients Only
- PayPal
- Layaway
Immediate payment can be made via the website using PayPal. There is no charge for using Paypal. Paypal is a secure site and does not charge you for buying goods and getting an account is easy.
Credit or Debit card Payments can be made via telephone, mail or in person or at a show.
If you are in the UK you can pay by Cheque and goods will be despatched after payment has cleared.
I also offer a layaway service, One third of the cost as a deposit followed by the 2 further payments over the next 3 months. This can be paid using any of the payments above.
